Mushroom apple stew

Mushroom apple stew Prep Time: 30 Hours 0 Mins Cooking Time: 45 Hours 0 Mins Ingredients:
  • Onion- maybe 3
  • Portobello mushrooms- maybe 2
  • Fennel seeds
  • Oil for frying
  • Potatoes- about 6
  • Apple- about 3
  • Vege stock- enough to cover potatoes
  • Bay leaves
  • Sage
Directions:
  1. Fry onions and mushrooms in oil, and throw in a pinch of fennel seeds
  2. Take off the heat and add in chopped up potato and apple, bayleaves and lots of sage and simmer in vege stock until potatoes are soft
  3. Thats it!

Chard Filo Layer Pie From: Helen Prep Time: 45 Mins Cooking Time: 25 Mins Total Time: 1 Hours 10 Mins Yields: One big pie Ingredients:
  • Sheets filo pastry (I used bought frozen pastry sheets)
  • About 3 large bags of chard (use loads it cooks down to a really small amount)
