  • 4 large onions, chopped
  • 2 tins tomatoes, or fresh

Purple coleslaw From: Helen Prep Time: 20 Hours 0 Mins Total Time: 20 Hours 0 Mins Yields: Big bowlful to share Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Red cabbage
  • 2 raw beetroots
  • Mayonaise of choice
  • Herbs to garnish
