Come find out about CropShare 2014!
Why are these two looking really pleased with themselves? Well they’re looking forward to spending fun times on the farm again this year!
Thursday 6th March: CropShare at the Cafe
CB1 Cafe, 32 Mill Road, CB1 2AD
19:30-21:00
Come and hear about the new season of CropShare – Transition Cambridge’s very own Community Supported Agriculture project in partnership with local farm Waterland Organics.
Newcomers and CropShare old hands both very welcome, come and share your stories and see what’s going to be new on the farm for 2014!
Is there a way to attend Oxford and participate in this crop share? How does this crop share work? Currently in Kansas City, Mo – USA CSA where veggies are brought into local college town for pickup times one hour on Saturday afternoons. Plan to attend Oxford for the school year fall 2015 thru summer 2016. Any connections with Oxford students that eat only organic/natural/no chem foods would be helpful.
Hi Andrea,
while you’re more than welcome to join us on the farm it is at least a 4 hour bus journey from Oxford.
You might be better off getting in touch with http://cultivateoxford.org/ who are doing a similar scheme to us. Hopefully they also know more about links to Oxford student organisations!
